Privacy Policy

Last updated: 28 May 2026

Lambda-Byte is a solo studio run by Bozhidar Lambov. This policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use it, and your rights under GDPR.

Data controller

Bozhidar Lambov trading as Lambda-Byte, hello@lambdabyte.dev. We are the data controller for the personal data described in this policy.

What we collect and why

We collect only what is necessary to operate the studio and respond to enquiries:

  • Contact form submissions — name, company, email address, project brief, and budget range. Used solely to respond to your enquiry. Legal basis: legitimate interest (responding to a business enquiry you initiated).
  • Analytics data — anonymised visit counts, page views, and referrers via Google Analytics 4. No cross-site tracking. Legal basis: consent (opt-in via the cookie banner).
  • Cookie preferences — a single cookie records whether you accepted or declined analytics cookies. Legal basis: strictly necessary.

How long we keep it

Contact form submissions are kept for up to 24 months to enable follow-up on ongoing projects, then deleted. Analytics data is retained for 14 months per Google Analytics defaults. Cookie preference records expire after 1 year.

Who we share data with

We do not sell or rent personal data. Data is shared only with the processors listed below, under contractual data-processing agreements:

  • Google LLC — Google Analytics 4 (anonymised analytics). Privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy.
  • Email service — your email address is received in our inbox and is not passed to any mailing list or CRM.

Your rights

Under GDPR you have the right to access, correct, or erase your personal data; to restrict or object to processing; and to data portability. To exercise any right, email hello@lambdabyte.dev. We will respond within 30 days.
